These terms apply to your use of drinkdebrief.com (the "Site"), operated by DEBRIEF Industries, LLC ("DEBRIEF," "we," "us"). By using the Site or joining the Founding Shift, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Pre-launch status
DEBRIEF is a pre-launch dietary supplement. The product is not yet for sale. Joining the Founding Shift is free, doesn't require a purchase, and doesn't create an order, a reservation, or a guarantee of product availability. Product details, images, and timelines on the Site may be updated as we move toward launch. Product images are pre-production renderings.
Founding Shift benefits
Founding Shift members are intended to receive first access, founder updates, and founding pricing when we sell direct. The details, including the pricing terms and who qualifies, will be confirmed at launch. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and we may change or end the program before launch.
Not medical advice
The content on the Site is for general information only. It isn't medical advice and isn't a substitute for the advice of your own doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified provider. DEBRIEF is a dietary supplement that contains botanicals. If you take prescription medications or are pregnant or nursing, check with your provider or pharmacist before use.

The Site's text, design, graphics, and branding, including DEBRIEF™, belong to DEBRIEF or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. Please don't copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or someone else's information, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DEBRIEF and its owners and team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
